The Taste of the Valley Event is happening on June 8th from 2pm-5pm at the History Center, located at 301 Broad Street, New Bethlehem, PA 16242. During this open house style event, you will get to sample 26 homemade recipes that are straight from our Taste of the Valley Cookbook and have the opportunity to participate in our basket raffle! Our cookbook highlights local recipes- recipes that you may have grown up with, recipes that you are dying to know the secret ingredient that makes it so good, and recipes from familiar faces in the Redbank Valley. This cookbook really does give you a taste of home. Join us in sampling these delicious recipes on Saturday, June 8th! Tickets are on presale for $15 and then $20 at the door. We anticipate this event to sell out, so do not wait to get your ticket!
